You can use the sample files provided below for practice in MDAW.
Please read this paper to familiarize yourself with microbial diagnostic arrays. The E. coli data file included (see below) is from this publication.
the summary of probes in the diagnostic array from our group . This array contains probes for detecting E. coli pathotypes, Salmonella serovars and the antibiotic resistance genes in E coli and Salmonella. All the sample data files provided are based on this array.

This is sample annotation file. This contains annotation for only salmonella probes in the array. Using this file you practice analysis of a subset of probes from our raw data files. This annotation contains 414 probes while the whole array contains 1251 probes.
